Chaotix Return Policy

At Chaotix, we stand behind our products and the lifestyle we represent. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Window
We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items (including limited drops)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return your original item (if eligible), and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
